RETURN POLICY

Online Purchases

Select merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, with tags attached, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Sale items, holiday items, free gifts with purchase, and designated final sale items are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Online purchases may also be returned in person at Dutchman’s Market with proof of purchase.

In-Store Purchases
